First, 108 Gayatri Mantras with your Mala
The Gayatri Mantra first appeared in the Rig Veda (Mandala 3.62.10), an early Vedic text written between 1100 to 1700 BCE. It is stated in the Upanishads as a significant ritual and in the Bhagavad Gita as, the poem of the Divine. It is a belief that chanting Gayatri Mantra firmly establishes the mind and if people carry on his-her life and do the work that is destined , our life will be full of joy and happiness.
Bhur Bhuvah Suvaha Bhoor Bhoo-va Su-va-ha
Tat Savitur Varenyam Tat Sa-vee-toor Var-ayn-yam
Bargo Devasya Dhimahi Bar-go Day-vas-ya Dhee-ma-hee

One at a time, taking a few minutes with each of the following places:
Asking the Mind....then the Heart....then the Soul or Enteric Space (Cave of the Heart):
What do I need to know? What do I need to hear?
Sit as long as your wish in each wisdom space....then journal (or draw) what each space offered you for today.
Perhaps a theme or concept to study for the year will emerge:
What am I to study or notice on a daily basis in 2021?
Perhaps: Connection, or Strength, or Empathy...
