Yoga Philosophy Element: Fluidity Supports Change

Swadhaya: How Do I Embody Fluidity?

The practices of this week's collection have been studies in

finding fluidity as a physical, mental, and perhaps as a spiritual experience.

The sanskrit word swadhaya (Swah-dye-yah) is translated to mean "self-study" or "introspection" by many sources. Swadhaya is also one of the Niyamas, which I like to translate as "practices for inner harmony". Along with being intellectual, there is also a body intelligence dimension to these practices that can be explored.

Below are two swadhaya suggestions for this week, inspired by the current events in the US and around the world as we all pulse with change.
